This course is perfect for those who have a regular yoga practice, and are interested in deepening their understanding of asana and meditation.
For years, I thought that arm balances required core strength and rippling biceps, and that backbends demanded a super-flexible spine. It was only after studying with very skilled and knowledgeable yoga teachers and practicing on my own every day, that I realized that these asanas don’t require a “super” amount of anything; rather, they are like a recipe---they need the right amount of this, and a little bit of that. Allow me to give you the ingredients!
In addition, mantra, pranayama and wisdom from ancient texts have kept my personal practice from devolving into a hobby, and instead, helped it to blossom into a nearly decade -long relationship. In this course, you will learn how to allow breath and mantra guide you into your inner world.
