This course is perfect for beginner practitioners (Level 1) and established practitioners who are ready to deepen their understanding and experience of yoga---and fall in love!

I have long joked that my yoga practice is to date, my longest committed relationship. Once, my husband even half-joked to a fellow yoga teacher that I love yoga more than him! (I will neither confirm nor deny this statement.)

During this time of quarantine, my practice has been my beloved companion more than ever, and has made me think how grateful I am that I have this established friend. In addition to this relationship with my practice, I am grateful to possess tools of yoga to support me in a stressful time, such as managing my thoughts, maintaining a routine of self-care, and using my body to connect to possibility…
